Add Data Bars to Cells in Excel

Sometimes you don’t want an external graph to display your data.

Charts like this are helpful but can be time-consuming to create and format.

Instead of going through all that trouble, here is how to add data bars to your cells!

How to Add Data Bars

To add data bars to your cells, start by selecting those cells.

With the cells selected, go to Home Conditional Formatting > Data Bars > Pick Your Favorite.

The data bars are applied to your cells, and the work is done! And that’s all there is to it!

Let me know in the comments if you don’t mind super short articles like this every once in a while.

Sometimes, all the reader wants is an answer to their question and nothing more!
